At MiLB Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official Minor League Baseball gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
