How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that during the start of the baseball season or playoffs, processing times may increase due to high demand.
Can I return a customized jersey?
Customized jerseys with specific player names or personal text are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Are the caps sold on MiLB Store the same ones worn on-field?
Yes, we carry the official New Era Authentic Collection, which are the exact same performance caps worn by players and coaches during Minor League games.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country.
What is your return policy for unworn merchandise?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How can I track my package?
